If you eat various types of food, fresh vegetables and fruit you don’t need supplementary vitamins and minerals. Vitamin and mineral supplements are often used for people with special conditions like pregnancy, diet, etc. All the vitamins and minerals you need are contained in the pills you are taking. It doesn’t seem likely that these pills will damage your stomach.
