Will Multivitamins cause damage to the stomach? Posted: 09-22-06 13:22pm
I am about to start taking a variety of
supplements/pills/vitamins etc. Can anyone
please help me out and tell me if there
are any conflicts between them? I don't
wan't anything noxius forming in my
stomach. The list is as follows.
If you eat various types of food, fresh
vegetables and fruit you don’t need
supplementary vitamins and minerals.
Vitamin and mineral supplements are often
used for people with special conditions
like pregnancy, diet, etc. All the
vitamins and minerals you need are
contained in the pills you are taking. It
doesn’t seem likely that these pills
will damage your stomach.
