I Don't Feel Pregnant Either!
My husband and I started trying last month. I took an early pregnancy test before I went away for work and it said negative. So I was drinking lattes, went in a hot tub, used artificial sweetner, etc. But now I am back and I missed my period and tested again. Two tests came back positive. According to online calculators I am 5 weeks along. I feel nothing. Shouldn't I have intuition or something? I go to the doctor tomorrow. My boobs were a little sore yesterday, but that was it. I keep telling myself I must be pregnant, but I can't believe it until the doctor tells me. I am so glad to hear other women are feeling the same way!

a lot of women don't feel pregnant in the begining. Some don't feel pregnant until they hear the heartbeat or see the baby on ultrasound. This is perfectly normal.

As far as lattes, artificial sweetener, and a hot tub - those are all just fine. I wouldn't suggest continuing using the hot tub.

Good luck at your doctor's appointment!

my doctor told me that hot tubs and saunus were a def. No go. It raises your body temp too much for the fetus. He also suggested I stay away from or limit the artificial sweetners as new studies are suggesting a link between them and developmental problems.

Yes
I am 14 weeks pregnant and when I first found out I was pregnant around 4 weeks, I had no symptoms. People claim that they couldn't hold anything down but I was constantly eatting. And still am to this day. I threw up once, no morning sickness, no headaches, no really sore breast! Don't feel bad girl because I went through the same thing.

5 weeks and counting
I am new to this site as well but have a question for those of you who have gone through this before. I am 5 weeks and my Dr won't see me until 8 weeks. In the meantime, I have had crampy feelings and feel lightheaded as well as feel like my heart is pounding sometimes. I am worried that these are not normal feelings...I don't know. Since it has to do with my heart, could this just be nerves or might it be more serious to feel crampy with lightheadedness, dry mouth, and pounding heart? My husband and I tried to get pregnant for almost a year so I am just very cautious.

I never got sick or any real symptoms. I got tired and sore boobs but that always happened with my periods so I really was expecting my period. Oh yeah and I had cramps that were slighlty different.

almost no symptoms
I'm just the same way. I 'm 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I don't feel anything other than my sore and big boobs. A little bit of lower back pain like I get before my period but very little. I have had two sleep attacks when I take like 2 or 3 hours naps but other than that... nada.

I'm a little bit worried but I think it is normal? Based on the posts that I have read here....

The cramp like pains are also your uterus growing.

some women dont get alot of pregnancy symptoms or any at all during their pregnancy, its different for every women when they are pregnant.
The cramp like pain is, like ingi said, your uterus growing for the baby, and are perfectly fine as long as you dont have any bleeding with the cramps.
