My mom really wants to go eat chinese and
I dont think I can eat anything their, can
you guys recommends any food I could eat?

You might be able to eat something. Ask
them if you can see the ingredients they
put in their sauce and see if they can do
it without sugar or whatever. Make sure
to check there is nothing in the sauce or
anything you should be avoiding. There
are some other things you can try though,
like sushi, if they have it (without rice
of course), seaweed salad as long as they
don't put sesame dressing on it, steamed
vegetables, and that's all I can think of
for now, you just need to call or go and
see if you can find out what they use in
their foods.

chicken and vegetables and they'll put the
sause on the side or none at all, if you
find it has sugar in it. I'm noticing
some grilled items at chinese restaurants,
too.

And if you're going to eat rice, make sure
you get brown rice instead of white.
