Since my uterus has grown heavier and larger I have a constant dull ache underneath my right rib cage...The pain increases at night time and the area has now developed a slight burning sensation and is very tender to the touch. It seems slightly swolen in that area and it is very painful. A doctor that I went to before suggested gull bladder stones and gave me a prescription for pepcid...Which has not helped at all...Does that seem feesible or should there be other steps taken...Please let me know.

i really dont know how pepcid would help with gallstones, it would help if its indigestion , I would request an ultrasound of your gallbladder to check, was it a normal dr or ur ob that gave u the pepcid?
Id go to a diff dr to get checked for sure

It was my ob's nurse practioner...I am going to see a new doctor this friday and I am going to request an ultrasound so hopefully we can find out what the deal is. I didn't understand why she told me to take pepcid either, and several other people have said the same thing that you have. Thank you for your help though.
