Question About Mental Supplements Posted: 09-25-06 10:35am
Hi,
i study for a living, but recently have
noticed that my memory has been lacking
and im having a hard time concentrating.
Mind you im 25 years old. I have read of
flavay and flavay plus these two vitamins
supposedly increase your focus and improve
your memory among other things, without
any sideeffects.
Has anyone ever hear of these vitamin or
does anyone know of another natural
supplement I can use
your help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank

I don't have an answer, but i'm 24 and I
also have trouble remembering stuff and
concentrating. Sometimes it all comes
naturally and other times I start to think
my mind is falling apart. So i'm very
interested in what I might do or take to
set things in operation.
Would you say you are add, or has a
therapist suggested you might have that
problem? I had a therapist who kept
pushing ritalin on me, saying it would not
only improve my concentration but also my
retention. That surprised me at the time.
But I never completely bought the add
idea, and the ritalin I tried didn't seem
to be the solution.
