It doesn't sound abnormal to me, pregnancy or not. Just one of those "being alive" things. Wink

It's normal, I got an upset stomach during my whole pregnancy. Mostly after dinner though.

Write down what you are eating for dinner and then watch what is making you 'sick'. You might be surprised to know that grease and different kinds of foods will make you feel ill.

I got sick while I was pregnant, but only at night after dinner - and only if I ate greasy meaty food. Cut out the grease. Cut out the meat and I never got sick anymore.

Good luck!

Hmm... Is it 'morning sickness' or diarrhea? I know that generally when women have diarrhea and they're close to their due date, it's a good indicator they're going to go into labor soon. However, this early on, and especially if it's throwing up as opposed to diarrhea (i read your posts a couple of times and still wasn't sure which you were having), you shouldn't have anything to worry about. My mom was throwing up the entire *10* months she was pregnant with one of my brothers. Wink well, it was a week shy of being 10 months. But I digress...

if you count the number of weeks (40) and translate that into 4 weeks per month, it comes out that we are all pregnant for 10 months.

The last couple nights i've noticed I feel really hot, and shawn told me last night I felt like I was on fire.. Also when I lay down to go to bed I feel like im about to throw up because it feels like theres fluid climbing up my throat...

Lol, well, my mother was pregnant for 43 weeks with one of my brothers... But he was quite small anyways, so it worked out. Her water broke the night before she was going in to be induced.

I was only preg for 37 weeks. But my doctor thouroughly explained that it was indeed 10 months that women are pregnant.

Sounds crazy....But it's true. I think it depends on which pattern you follow. If you do the weeks, then it's 40weeks. If you do the months, than it's 10 months...

Well, there are only 4 weeks in february so 4 weeks does not equal 1 month. If 40 weeks equals 10 months and there are 52 weeks in a year, where is this mystery 13th month?

My last period was in january and i'm due in october. January to october is 9 months. I'm 35 and a half weeks now and i'm 8 months, just entering my 9th (but 8 complete months).

I just don't get why it's so confusing for some. Just look at a calendar.

And I mean no offense by this post. Like I said, it's just one of my biggest peeves.

28 days = 4 weeks. A woman's cycle is 'generally' 28 days. It is called a 'monthly' cycle.

I'm with you though, I don't like it when women say, "i've been pregnant 10 months." especially considering 2 of those weeks were freebie weeks and they weren't even technically pregnant during those first 2 weeks!

Yea, you're both right.

I *always* went by weeks. I would tell someone i'm 25 weeks, or i'm 32 weeks....Never months...Because people are easily confused. But when they get in the car, and do the math...They figure out the month that i'm in!

It's simple multiplication and division!!
