Ok Hear I Am

Ok, quit a few days ago, I felt as though I almost did myself in with the smoke,(1 pack withing 4 hours) heart attack was a few hours away, no breathing power and knew I had plursey. Draped a towel around my head over a pot of water with some mouth wash (was 2 in the morning-and all I had, I was never so scared and continued to do this for the next 12 hours (did I mentioned I had lung cancer 13 years ago, didn't stop and not so scared (what the hell does it take?).
Only fair to say I currently have enough nicotine in me to grow a filter on top of my head, but that is ok too. I am trying something new with all the patches, gum, lognezes, etc. Also, forgot to say I am 57 and have been smoking since 13- 2 to 3 packs a day. So anything that stops the "hand-to-mouth", and other habits. This is first time I have loaded the nicotine in my body without puffing and will continue to do so, I will decrease the amount of nictotine gradually - it may take 3 months or 6 but this is the very first time I do not want to smoke mentally or emotionally. Don't care, just want to stop putting it in my mouth. And forget the doctors, they go by rote. Do it anyway you can! It is the worst addition I know of.

Good luck. If you method does not work. Pm me and I have the best, unknown way to quit. And all you have to do is read one book. That is it. No strings or tricks.
