Sometimes when I am just doing something
out of my ordinary day routine, the lympfs
(not sure I spelled it right, I am not
english) in my neck bother me. Sometimes
they are a bit swollen it seems, and other
times they just hurt.
Almost automatically, I make my neck
'smaller' by keeping my head a bit down.
It hurts every heartbeat, for example
after walking the stairs, for a few
minuts. The feeling is very frightening.
What could it be?

It could be an infection, it could be
mono, I am not a dr, it could be more
serious. My suggestion is to get to the
dr and get it checked out.
Let us know what you find out as the
situation might get worse. Even if it is
something minor at least you will get
some relief. I have always felt that if
in doubt, get it checked out because you
never know. They say that pain is always
a sign that their is something wrong.
All the best!

I completely agree. When I was a little
girl I had a similar experience. I
remember having the pain in my neck and
then one day one swelled and stayed that
way. I was 8 years old and had to get it
drained and it was a horrible experience
at that age. Def get it looked at. I
don't remember the exact diagnosis of mine
since I was so young but anytime mine
swell now I get to the doctors right away.
