So, umm, .I'm looking for toys on amazon.Com to buy for .Aly for .Christmas, and I was thinking about getting her the new tickle me elmo toy.

And holy crap, that thing's $165! Shocked Shocked Shocked

maybe next year, when we're not broke! Neutral

why is stuff so expensive now?

.H.O.W much? I only paid $65 for the one I found at .K-mart. Isn't it craxzy how expencive they are. My skooter is getting that and her bumbo seat. I can't wait for christmas

Yeah people get nuts for certain items and will just pay any price to get what they want. There is a store here that has them on the shelf for 59.99 I can't see paying even that much for it. But if it is something you really wanna get I would def check out ebay. You can find some great deals on there.

Its not like she's going to remember her first christmas anyway, so why not just get her something else and wait tro spend lots of money late on when she wants more expensive things? Just a thought Laughing

that's what I told my husband! He's been saving up for .Christmas almost since she was born and he wants to have a huge .Christmas for her. But I told him he should wait until she can remember it lol

Ive spent a pretty penny on my lovie for christmas already....Lol....I dont' know how to stop. I can't wait until next christmas so that she can open her gifts then.

Hahahhaa ya know what i'm getting .Oni?!?! **nothing**!!! Hahahaha...I'm gonna give her an empty box and an old toy!!! Lmao..I'll let the relatives give her things she's gonna play with *once* and then toss to the side!!!

I know that sounds crazy....But like mel said, I *highly* doubt she'll remember the day and the gifts she got! I don't think she'll be mad at me for "repeating" a toy!!

All they really wanna do is rip open the paper! She'll only be 8 months....So that'll prob be her main interest!!
