Okay for some years now everybody tell`s
me i`m lazy! True but its now come to a
time in my life where I want to get on
with things and I find no motivation to do
so, ive got a lovely family, married
recently and am studying an it course
whilst looking after my son during the day
and the wife works, but still I find no
motivation to study or to take my son out
to playgroups etc, im 6 ft and weigh
approx 15 and a half stone, yes I am
overweight and im guessing this
contributes to my feelings, together with
a poor diet im probably answering my own
question but is there a medical condition
that leads to lack of motivation/laziness
or am I just hoping there is because its
an easy answer?
Previously I would find myself in jobs I
dont like and would just quit not caring
so I also think I need to change mentally,
I know I need to do things i.E. Work for
aliving but I have this "i just dont care
attitude" but I really dont wanna be like
this anymore, form the age of 15 I started
smoking cannabis and did so for approx 10
years, I abused this badly smoking way too
much every day!!! Coupled with dabbling
in ecstasy/acid/cocaine and magic
mushrooms im sure this contributes to my
attitude today, needless to say I stopped
smoking approx 3 years ago and the other
stuff approx 5 years ago and never went
back!
Am I just lazy?
Have I just got a bad diet?
Or could there really be a medical
condition?
Has anybody got any suggestions as to what
might help me please?
Many thanks

I think you are all of the above - but
your medical condition will be called
diabetes, stroke, heart attack.
You've admitted you have a problem, so why
aren't you doing something about it? Do
you want to see your son grow up? Do you
want to grow old with your wife?
Join a gym, join a suppport group, do you
have weight watchers were you are? Why
don't you join? Do you want to set a bad
example to your son that it's ok to sit
around and wonder what if?
Please do something abut your health if
not for your sake for your family,
otherwise it could be too late.
Goodluck and promise you will do something
about it?
