Did anyone else from the uk have the same problem as me during thier pregnancy, I was literally never given any info on what not to eat from my doc or midwife! I had to go hunting for all these books to see what I was allowed. Although by the time I found them I realised I had eaten half the things I wasnt supposed too! You would think I would have been given some idea huh?!
