although I haven't had it officially
diagnosed through a doctor, i'm quite
positive that i've developed plantar
fasciitis. Assuming that is my
condition, I understand that the best way
to alleviate the symptoms are through
rest, stretching, and icing. However,
i'm in a position where I need to run 5
miles a day. There are no alternatives
for me, I cannot use other forms of cardio
exercise - I must run between 4-5 miles
per day on average, as I will be starting
a new job which requires me to do so.
My question is this: how can I deal with
plantar fasciitis and still continue to
run?
Thanks in advance

Pain is a symptom. I would curtail the
running for a bit and read the egoscue
method of health through motion by pete
egoscue. Get it at the library or cheap
used.
