Help Please Im Going to Start Self Harming Again Please?? Posted: 10-05-06 09:34am
Ok so life used to seem life it would
never be the same after bryan left, but
some how I found some one new who like me
and we have now been together for just
over a week. But today I feel like part
ofme is numb and I dont know why and also
I really need to self harm again and I
aint since christmas and tonight I know
that I will. I have tried to not but I
cant resist it any more and I know that
once I have I will be fine again and life
will be ok and then it will suck again and
then I will cut and then everything will
be ok again. What should I do cos I cant
stop this feeling?

I think now ya found sum1 new you should
be happy ive just split up
with sum1 n im unhappy 24/7 it sux! To be
in love again and feel that again would be
gr8 but at this moment in time I cant see
that happaning for me. Just enjoy the
fact theres someone there that should be
enough. I use to self harm.. But only
wehn I got dumpd

Maybe try talking about your feelings to
someone... I had a friend that used to
cut.. She got some councling and
everytime she felt the urge to cut she was
to talk to either myself or her mother...
We were the two people that she trusted to
stand by her...Its a hard situation but
harming yourself isn't going to do
anything but just that... I know you may
think that you feel better afterwards, but
that is because you don't know how to deal
with things. Try another way... Talking
writing your thoughts and feelings down in
a diary... These things might help..
While they seem kiddish, or stupid.. They
really might help you out... If you need
to talk to someone I am here as well..
Feel free to pm me or email me..
Cutting causes scaring that only remind
you of bad times, times when you couldn't
handle something... Do you want these
memorys to stare you in the face everytime
you look at your body...
I hope that you don't harm yourself any
more then you already have.. There are
plenty of people out there that are
willing to help you and will listen while
you talk.. Sometimes that is all you
need.. Is someone to listen to you and
your point of views...
Smile.. You can overcome the need to do
self harm.. I have faith in you!

i no that I should be happy but im still
so in love with my ex and its killing me
being with out him. My new guy is great
but he is too clingy for me and I need my
own space. I cant tell him cos he will
get upset. Im now self harming again to
deal with the pain of losing my ex and
also the fact that I have to bottle
everything up.
Im sorry that you got dumpd it hurts and
no one should hve to feel it. It is
horrible and im so sad and im sorryyou are
feeling low. Please dont harm, be
stronger than me.

Dlm, I know the feeling of being still in
love. Maybe you should get it off your
chest and tell your ex. You'll feel a lot
better. Maybe even find somebody that you
like. But hands off aaron north, he's
mine.
