I am on warfrin after dvt and a slight stroke. For the last year I have experienced blood in the stool and weaknes and fatigue, and had to have a blood tranfusion. This problem exists, and now my inr readings fluculate at present 4.6 should be 2-2.5. What treatment should have. Nordrand
