I found something that helps. I put peppermint lotion on my feet that I bought to put on when my feet are tired. It works wonders. As soon as I rub it in the creepy crawly feeling goes away. Just letting you guys know in case someone else has it.

Where did you purchase it? I heard peppermint was really good but was skeptical. Do you put it on your legs too or just your feet?

I only get the creepy crawly feeling in my feet, so that's the only place I put it. I bought it at walmart. It's Dr. Scholl's for her cooling peppermint foot lotion. It's near the foot stuff by the medicine and things like that. It's for tired feet, but gets rid of the creepy crawly feeling as soon as I put it on.

I ahd it really bad the last few months of pregnancy and right after having trey because having a cesearean can make it worse. They had to wrap my legs and elevate them in those contraption thingys at the hosp.

I found going to get pedicures helped. And this sounds weird and you have to do it carefully and properly but take ace bandages (those things you use for a sprain) wrap them tightly around your ankles/feet tightly but make sure there are no gaps. Then throw on a pair of mens gym socks to and sleep in them. Worked wonders!!!
