I just started taking bc for the first time about 5 days ago. I took it like the Dr. Said on the first sunday after I started. Then after only 2 pills my period stopped. Is this because of the birth control or could it be pregnancy? I had my period for a total of 3 days. I know birth control shortens periods but this fast only after 2 pills? Hmmmm kinda wondering what the deal is this being my first time on bc. It's also kinda scary because I did have unprotected sex prior to this period. Has this ever happened to any of you?

That is normal, the hormones will stop your period.. You may also have some breakthrough bleeding in the middle of your pack also, and you may not....
