Teen Pregnancy Forum - 36 Week Update.

Hey gurls havent been on here in awhile... Last time iwas on here I posted that I was going for a 3d ultrasound..That turned out great!! I really enjoyed seeing my baby in the womb although he was a very sleepy baby and I even drank 2 cans of iced tea and ate a chocolate bar lol...We did find out that I am for sure having a boy:d yay lol I wanted a boy but would of been happy with either as long as he was healthy:)!

I have a boyfriend now who is basically the father of my baby since hes been around for practically my whole pregnancy so he is going to be knows as "daddy" lol so I am pretty excited about that and we are pretty close as well as he is with my family he is a great guy ..Hopefully things continue this way:d

september 27 I went to my normal ob check up and had told them that I was feeling alot of pressure and that I was having some pretty bad back ache as well so she decided that she should check my cervix she checked my cervix and noticed that I was 1 cm dilated and that I was 50%effaced and it wasnt a head coming so she told me that she was sending me up to labour and delivery because I was infact in labour and im premature so I needed to be hooked up to the monitors...She did an ultrasound just to check fluid levels before I went upstairs as I have had low fluid levels but they were fine adn she did see that baby was not head down ..So I went up to labour and delievery they basically were rushing me up there so they made me feel like htere was a problem I got up there adn they hooked me up to the monitors and an iv ..I had to stay in the hospital on bedrest for 4 days .. Then the night before I was going to get out I was getting contractions that were over 83 so they took me to delivery and told me that I might be delivering .. They put th iv back in me and this time it incredibly hurt.. As I still have a bruise on my hand...I was still having contractions in that room and babys heartbeat was good kept going high evertime I contracted tho...Contractions were 3 mins apart at one point and were making me feel sick to my stomach...I asked them for something to settle my stomach or I might of puked.. They gave me gravol and wow that worked miracles...I felt soo much better but it completely knocked me out.. I woke up to a ob saying that he wanted to check my cervix as babies heartbeat was very high he checked my cervix ..Nothing.... Still 1 cm dilated and now 70-80% effaced so no real progress..So yup contractions that got me nowhere lol...He let me go back to sleep but let me know that I might have to have a c section if babies heart rate didnt go down ... So as drowsy as I was fell back asleep ... Woke up and..The monitors were off..I was like freaking.. Then my nurse came in..Told me that everything calmed down I went 4 hrs without a contractions so they decided to take me off the monitors..So went back to sleep woke up was starving!! Ate some breakfast...And to my surprise a docctor came in and told me I could go home!!! So off I went home

as of now ive been out of the hospital since saturday morning ive had a few contractions that ive thought id have to go back baby was head down when I left hospital but might not be now as ive had less pressure and dont feel movement so low in my belly anymore!! Kinda concerning

i have a ob apptmnt tommorow so ill know tommorow of whats goin on.. Or tthey might keep me and I might get this lil man out what a relief that will be!!! Thanks for reading

for those of you who dont know me because I am mostly a lurker my name is chantelle I am 36 weeks pregnant and 2 days and am expecting my first baby boy I am currently not with the real dad he left at 10 weeks but do have a b.F whos going to father him:)
