Maniaphobia Lead to Insanity?????????? Posted: 10-06-06 16:40pm


I was wondering if maniaphobia lead to insanity, I have these horrible panic attacks of loosing touch with reality and I fear everyday that im going to loose touch with reality, sometimes it feels like I am, this all started after a huge panic attack a year ago. Is this normal to be feeling like this or does this mean im slowly loosing it?? Please reply

i totally feel like that too. i get massive panic attacks and they get worse cos i think im loosing it, d more i think im going mad the worse d panic attack gets!! most people who are insane actually dont know they are so id say we're alrite
