you need to go see your doctor. Tell him,
honestly, exactly what you are feeling.
He can give you some medication that can
help.
Post partum depression can be a very
trying time. Being a new mom is
difficult! Give yourself a break if you
can, rely on your support system if you
have one. Like your mom... Will she help
you out? Or your boyfriend - maybe he
could have the baby while you go do
something just for yourself.
Make sure to get as much rest as you can
and eat right.
Good luck!!!! (((hugs)))

Hey, i'm also 16, with a 6 month old. I
know how it can be sometimes. My daughter
is always good , however...It's just the
feeling of being left out in everything
for me. I can only imagine how you feel,
but you should def. Talk to your doctor,
I didn't believe anyone could have
postpartum depression, because babies are
such a happy thing, but...I had it and
it's terrible! I hope you get the help
you need, and just know your not alone!
