Tips of Fingers Swelling/help Posted: 10-10-06 17:52pm
Hey y'all. I am a 21 year old female;
5'6, 115 lbs. Two times when I was
holding a cold drink, the tips of my
fingers started to swell. They did not
change colors. Once I warmed them up,
the swelling went down. The only health
"problems" I have is slight mitral valve
prolapse and hypotension. Why do you
think my fingers swell when exposed to
cold?

I am 16, and im having the same problem.
Have you figured it out? Im on Apri birth
control and my dad said it may be a side
effect, but i dont know. Its a little
weird.
