I would like to know how things are going
with everyone who has made a post here
saying they are going to quit. Even if
you did not quit, do not let that stop
your desire to quit.
Post here, your successes or failures.
Lets talk about them, and maybe we can
find a way for you to get over the sticks
together.
Just remember, no one likes to smoke. If
everyone had the chance to go back to when
they first started smoking, 99% of the
people would tell themselves not to smoke.
That means you/no one likes smoking.
So, report here and lets talk. :p

Do not think it as time is running out,
but the joyous time of your escape from
cigarettes and your return of your health
is just around the corner.
Do not think about how hard it is going to
be, but how fun it will be not to need to
have another cigarette again. How you
will not be the loser standing outside in
the cold having a cigarette, while others
are inside having fun.
If you look at it like it is going to be
hard, and a crappy time quitting smoking,
you will not do it. You need to feel
happy, and enjoy the cravings. Because
each time you get a craving, that is the
money on your back dying little by
little.
So, your big day, is just around the
corner be happy, make it feel like
christmas or whatever. Make it a present
for you, trust me, it will be the best
present you could give yourself this
year.
Ps change your thinking, you do not need
willpower. You just have to be happy that
you quit and realize that everyone gets
angry, sad, etc, even non-smokers. It is
because you smoke you feel crappy. So
enjoy quitting.

Jungle, why dont you just shagg off? You
are trolling. Don't you have a life?
You started out in the wrong, and have
kept getting your arse kicked by me.
Just admit you have lost and move on.
You are no match, and never will be.
Lastly, this section does not even concern
you.
I would ask people to please continue
posting to this thread and give us an
update on how you are making out.
Don't let people like jungle get to you.
They also have their problems. The thing
is they are to afraid to face their own
problems, and find some kind of out
crapping on other people. Such people
are fun for amusement, but never take them
seriously. How can anyone take a
hypocrite seriously.
Funny, you will always get those kinds of
non-smokers who think you are scum.
Problem is those people usually have
alterior motives for acting out the way
they do. Do not let such people make you
feel bad about yourself. Those people
think it is totally fine to force their
views and way of thinking on others. In
the big scheme of things who is the more
evil person? Does not take a high iq to
realize the smoker is not so evil.
You already know what you are doing is
harmful. At least you are being honest
with yourself. So please post here is
you need advice or help to quit or to
remain quit.
Good luck
ps read the freaking book if you have not
done so.
