Hhahah kay so I got my period this month.
It was on time and pretty regular, as i'm
on birth control. And then it ended on
monday. But lastnite, when I was going to
the bathroom (sorry for the graphic
details) I noticed there was still blood
up there. Just a very little amount
nothing huge, and it wasn't leaking all
over the place. But I was just a little
concerned. Because this has never
happened before, or... If it has I have
not noticed it. Now i'm just wondering if
this is the tail end of my period exiting.
Orrrrrr could it be something more
serious like implantation bleeding? Maybe
just spotting? (birth control related).
Any responses would be lovely. I'd just
like some relief before I worry
myself crazzzzzzy. Ahaha.
Thanks.

Well to me that sounds like the end of
your period, I know with me at least after
my period (gross sorry) if I put some
toilet paper up there itll some out with
blood on it but there wont be anymore
actualy leaking out (only reason I know
this is im usualy afraid that I forgot a
tampon in there and I put my finger in to
check, im just paranoid)
i think it would be way too early for
implantation bleeding, thats after you
ovualte and everything so its like after
at least 15 or so days after your period
it may be something involving your birth
controle though, im not sure, if you think
it is then you should see your doc and ask
him/her

I agree with .Idony - I think it's too
early to be implantation bleeding since
you only just came off your period. It
is theoretically possible but very
unlikely.

Implantation bleeding is not common but
some women do get a little bit of bleeding
around the time they would have expected
their period to start (maybe a little
earlier) and this is typically the time
when implantation occurs (approx 10-12
days post ovulation).
It is usually pink or red (but maybe brown
ish) and is like light spotting for maybe
a day or so.
I believe what you are describing is just
the end of your period, it is common for a
day or two after the end of your period to
have some brownish mucusy stuff but to not
actually bleed - it is just the
uterus/cervix/vagina performing its own
natural healthy self cleaning.

May be birth control. How long have you
been on it?

Yeah I think you guys are right. Must be
the end of my period. It seems to be
going away.
I've been on my bc for about 9 months now,
and i've never had any spotting, so that
was kind of the last thought in my mind.
Pretty sure everything is okay. Thanks
for the relief guys!!!
