Ok I was just wondering if theres anything
I can do so I wont keep gaining so much
weight be4 I got preggo I weighed around
105 and when I went to doctor I weighed
109 the first time then I had another appt
with the dr I switched to the following
mon and I weighed 114 and I was 6weeks n 1
day then I weighed myself a week ago from
yesterday which would be 8 weeks and 1 day
and I weighed 120..... Then I weighed
myself today and im 124 .... Its
horrible........ I cant stop eating I eat
and eat and eat like there is no tom. I
dont have any morning sickness thank
goodness......... Yet anyhow.........
Cross my fingers that I dont...... But I
get nauseous alot and it helps to keep a
full stomach..... But I hear that you
usually only gain a few pounds during ur
first few weeks or first trimester or
whatever but lord 19 pounds from the last
time I weighed myself .... Anything in
paticular I can do so that I stop gaining
so much weight....... Cuz by the looks of
it by time im ready to have it ill be way
over 200 lbs lol I hope not and prolly
have a 20 lb baby..... Lol lets hope not
to that either!!! But any suggestions I
mean im not really worried about it as to
where id stop eating or anything cuz lord
knows I cant ..... Cuz I eat n eat n eat
seriously like there is no tom. Lol but
anyhow let me quit blabbin n get to the
point any suggestions about
this????????????
Srry so long and I blabbed so much lol

Hey hun ive gained a lot very quickly too.
.Its just your body trying to cope w/ the
fact that theres a baby in there. It will
even out. But excersizing more may help..
And maybe shooting for a cal range or
trying to eat mostly just healthy stuff.
U should be getting 2,000 cals tho a day.
Also maybe try to eat the carb stuff
during the day and not night. Goodluck*
but dont try to go on a diet or anything.
Ur baby needs it!

I gained like 40 lbs. I was 125 and I was
like 160 when I was done. And now I am
135....Good luck, because it could get
worse...Real worse..Hope I made sense.
Which I never do

Excersize really helps...Walk for 25 min a
day...Drink water is what I did....I'm due
any time now and I have gained 28 lbs. So
i'm guessing that the excersize did the
trick
