Period Like Cramps & Im Pregnant ... ? Posted: 10-11-06 22:17pm
Today I experienced some cramps that felt
like the ones I get before my period...
But I am almost 22 weeks pregnant. Does
anyone have any explanation for this? Im
going to call my doc tomorrow and see if
she has any advice but it's really bugging

Your uterus is stretching. Call your
doctor if it will put your mind at ease.

Call your doctor anyways.
My contractions, in the beginning, felt
like period cramps.
I would'nt advise you to "just let it go".
I was *super* paranoid during my
pregnancy. And everything was fine, as
i'm sure you're fine. But you can never
be too careful when you're pregnant.
You're not making decisions that will
affect *only* you. You have the well
being of your baba in your decisions!!

I had the same thing when I was about 24
weeks or so. I mentioned it at my one
appt. And they sent me to triage just to
be sure but it was nothing. Just the
uterus practicing, like the other girls
said. I worried about every little thing
when .I was pregnant though so .I
understand how scary it is.
