So I just had a check up today and the doctor said that I am 70% effaced and about 1 cm dilated... How much longer till I have my little one in my arms..I don't want to wait any longer.. I wish he would make up his mind and come out already...

It depends.Everyone is different.It could be tomorrow or it could be another couple of weeks.Its pretty much whenever your body is ready he will come.
