I'm 37 1/2 weeks and i'm going nuts also.
I don't know what's worse, waiting for
your period to not start or waiting for
the baby to be born.

I hear that one.. I think this is worse
than waiting for the period!! Honestly I
would love to go into labor right now.. I
know after a week of no sleep ill want to
put her back in lol... Its just this
stomach is too big for my taste and her
lil feet love to play with my ribs. So
im definitely ready.. Bring it on
contractions!!!!

in no time you will be wanting baby back
inside, after 2 months you'll be happy hes
out lol! Honestly you feel relieved at
first but when baby goes home its a whole
different story.
The waiting part sucks, I remeber out of
all people what it feels like, my son was
due feb2 and didnt come out till feb9 and
he was #2, my daughter came right on her
due date. All I can say is enjoy your
last few days as best you can!!!

i was 37 weeks. Gestationally, .Oni was
only 35 weeks. She was 6lbs8oz&19
1/2in long. Which is a couple of ounces
bigger than an average 35week old baby!
Thank god she was little as I had no
medication for her birth. I still ripped,
but it wasn't bad at all!
She gained her weight quickly. We just
had to monitor her a lot because she was
soo small. We had to watch her temp a
lot.
But she's 18lbs now...So her birth weight
is looooooonng gone!
Good luck yall!!!!!!!!!

how did you get that to
happen? |
this usually isn't a choice you get to
make. Your doctor will determine if there
is something wrong with either you or the
baby and take the induction route if he
deems it best for baby outside of you.
More often than not though, the baby is
better off inside you.
I know these are hard weeks at the end.
But, really, we've all got to go through
them - and they are only weeks, not years
or months or forever. There is a light at
the end of the tunnel.
I've said it countless times, relax.
Enjoy your time for you. In a few weeks
you will not get any. In a few weeks
you'll be begging for a nap alone.
Take a bath - you won't get one for years
alone. Watch some movies - you won't get
one interupted for awhile. Sleep the
whole day away. Go shopping with your
friends. Do something. Sitting around
the house is the worst part of waiting.
It's like you don't have anything else
going on other than the baby.
