For those of you who have been on the diet
and done it perfectly with no mistakes.
What symptoms do you still have if any?
I'm sure everyone is different, but I just
want to see if theres certain symptoms
that go away first and which ones are last
to disappear.
Me personally even though I have not been
a 100%, this is what has happened since
the diet.
Fatigue is 90% gone
weakness and cramps in legs are 90% gone
constant yawning is very minimal. (used
to be severe)
disturbing thoughts go away as long as I
stay on track. (i have noticed them come
back when I give in on the diet)
excessive worrying comes and goes
depression comes and goes (i dont know if
it disappears cause I have not done the
diet 100%)
mood swings are still there, I get
irritable every now and again
i can concentrate fine but I still dont
have a clear mind. Hard to explain I feel
like I just dont know what I
want(interest), what I like? Anyone
understand. I feel like theres a wall in
my head blocking me from having interest
and feelings toward things- I hate that
the most, you dont feel like yourself.
Cause you have no emotions inside.
I get anxious sometimes during the day.
Feel like I have to hurry up and get
things done. Sometimes shaking my legs.
Cant just be calm and relaxed
sometimes my speech is off with
pronouncing words- anyone get that? Like
slurred speech.
Anxiety/ panic attacks- never get them
anymore. Very rare if I do.
Anti social at times, dont feel like going
out much either. But then I have times of
the day where I feel like go going out.
But later I feel that I get down and tired
and not care to go.
Thats all that I have right now. I
definitely had alot more just cant
remember cause the symptoms are gone.
Let me know how everyone elses symptoms
are. Give me something to look forward to
hopefully.

I occasionally get mood swings. They're
much less than they used to be, seems to
be one of the symptoms that's stubborn
simply because it's usually the first area
of the brain to shut down and it really
won't get totally better until you can add
some more carbohydrates back in. Maybe
not, though. What else? I get
irritable sometimes and feel not like
myself, but it typically only lasts an
hour at most and then i'm fine again.
The last time it happened was yesterday,
thankfully before doctor who, but the last
time before that was about four weeks.
My symptom attacks have spread out to once
every month, and when they come it's
hardly anything. I'm no longer afraid to
go out in public (that was a big one for
me, took awhile to go away) and no longer
have a fear of talking to people. The
swings are the only thing that still comes
and goes and like I said it's just because
that's the first thing to go and the
brain's trying to get you to eat. They
don't last as long though. Used to be
like all day every other day, now it's
like two hours at most and very
tolerable, it seems like nothing more than
general irritability at times it's so
slight.

My symptoms are almost non-existent. I
sometimes get irritable and anxious if I
don't eat enough protein though.
