testicles sliding upwards while
ejaculating one side only after a couple
minutes it descends what is this ?

It is important to know the position of
your testicles in usual circumstances
(when not ejaculating). If the testicles
are in a normal position during usual
circumstances, then there is nothing to be
worried about. You can follow up with a
urologist. Perhaps during ejaculation, the
cremaster muscle contracts and brings one
testicle up. And it is possible that on
the one side the contraction may be
prolonged.
