I have this very bad habit of pulling out
my hair - I start to play with my hair and
i'll grab a strand and pull it. Help I
want to stop before I loose all of my
hair!

Hahahaha...I know what you mean - i've
gone thru it and sometimes I still do some
pulling...Probably the eye-opener for me
was when I saw my cousin having a small
bald spont on her head because of it...
Instead of pulling it out - maybe you
could just try twirling it in your finger.

Thanks, maybe I should try to twirl it
around my finger.

Ohh goodness my mother has done that for
years!!! She has actually pulled it out
to the point of small bald spots. She
twirls it around her finger then pulls it
and pulls the hair out! Shes found that
keeping herself busy and fingers/hands
busy instead of idle she dosen't do it as
often.

I have had the same thing. Though it was
quite a few years ago, but every once in a
while I catch myself pulling out my hair.
It got to the point that I had bald spots
on my head. I later found out that it was
becuase I was under alot of stress. If
you catch yourself doing it, go do
something else. Try to go and do
something so you wont be bored and idle.
