Back, Leg, Arm Pain
Posted: 10-15-06 08:07am

Hi,

19 yrs old..For the past about 8 months now..Ive been under alot of stress, anxiety, panic attacks..Its all getting better now. But for the past 2 months or even 3; ive had pain in my left side..First it was just my shoulder upper back n arm...And I was told I had a bicep infection and too tense cos of anxiety...So I was told to go do acupuncture which I started last week. And they gave me an injection for the infection.
Anyway, the month of july I did sports all day long everyday...It was really intense and I did it cos I was so stressed and it was the only thing that reassured me.
My leg started hurting a few weeks ago again..Its like I stretched badly but its really annoying to walk with..I dont limp or anything but its really bothering me. Back and arm as well. And I get minor chest discomfort/pain. I went home for a week and went to see the doctor and he said that my leg could hurt from knee because I always sit in the scissor position always on the computer. Anyway the pain left for like a week and the day after my acupuncture it came back again.
Wanted to ask if this could be part of my stress anxiety? Or if I just badly stretched or did exercise? Or if its something else?
