I started feeling it at about 30 weeks. Because I was sitting in an office chair all day!

Especially eHealthy
I don't get rib "pain", I just get massive pressure. His butt is jammed up under my ribs and sometimes I have to push on it to get him to move because it's uncomfortable but not painful. At my ultrasound a few days ago the tech pointed out his feet right in my ribs and said something about what a pain that must be but i've never felt anything on that side. I think I started feeling him in my ribs around 32 weeks or so.
