Ok I am 24 weeks pregnant and I have gained about 20pds since I have gotten pregnant. I was slightly overweight before I got pregant.. I was 15 over the norm. I have been real careful what I eat and have been stayingunder 1400 calories a day... Any advice why I continue to have gained an excessive weight so soon. What can I do to help!

I think 1400 cals is a bit low while you are pregnant. Confused I know you're trying not to put on weight but don't be too harsh with yourself. It's not all fat that's going on you, there's baby, placenta and fluid as well.

Besides, if you breastfeed, you will most likely lose heaps of weight.
