Hi ladies, i have been off the pill for almost 5 months and no luck with conceiving. Before I "jump the gun" and ask my doc to refer me for tests etc.... (have only had 2 periods since june, and was on the pill for 12 years!) I went to a health store, explained my situation and they suggested that I try a herbal hormone balancing pill first! (they told me that "black cohosh" would not be suitable?!?) anyone else tried anything of the sorts? Did it help correct with getting your periods back to normal? Just thought i'd see if anyone else has tried this method and have any other suggestions! I don't know if it would be too early to ask to see an obgyn/gynecologist?! Thanks for the help!
