12 Weeks & No Period But Both Urine & Blood Test Neg Posted: 10-20-06 00:27am
I've always had regular periods. Was on a
new pill last year. A lower dose called
tri cylen lo. I spotted alot during it.
Last time I had my period was around july
21. Never got a period in august so
stopped taking that pill because I had
spotted so much during it all spring. Now
it middle of oct and nothing since july
21st. Help. Did a home test and it was
neg. Went to dr today and did blood and
it was neg also. But i've felt sick, hot,
achey, crampy. Never ever thought I could
be pregnant till a friend said I better
check into it. Now what is going on?

like I have an infection. Oh no...Oh no!
What type of infection? I've been
having cramps like it feels like i'm goign
to get my period the last 3 months. It
feels so mcuh like its coming that I wear
a tampon to work. But then nothing. I'm
such a clean person. Oh no, an infection?

It might not be an infection, I was just
using that as an example.. But it could
be anything.. But yeah... Your sposta
get a pap smear once a year anyways.. So
just go talk to your doctor and tell
him/her your concerned and tell the doc u
keep feeling like ur gonna get ur period
but it dosnt show..

Calm down. Just go to your doctor, tell
him your symtoms, have them do a pap smear
&all that jazz. There's lots of
things that could be going on in your
girly bits. It's best just to go get it
checked out.

Thank you. The weird thing is I feel like
I could be pregnant. So many of the
symptoms ive had and just thought it the
flu, but no period. Can blood tests ever
be wrong do you think? Ever heard of
this? Yes, had a pap smear in the spring.
Get them yearly. Thank you

yeah they can be wrong.. Just like any
test.. But its very unlikly... I think
that the only way a blood would be wrong
is if you just got pregnant..

Yeah, if you were 3 months pregnant, .I
don't think there's any way a bloodtest
would be wrong.

You are not ovulating and that should be
your main concern.

you're not supposed to use tampons if
you're not bleeding. If you think your
period is coming wear a pad and bring a
tampon just in case.
