you will be fine! It sounds so late but it is in fact when you go for your first visit unless you go for a check during your trying to conceive. Are you on prenatal vitamins? If not have the doctor call you in a prescription asap! Have you been to the doctor to confirm your pregnancy? Because he/she should have given you a prescription then. If not than you need to make an appointment to confirm your pregnancy and get prenatal vitamins, I suggest the brand prenate, thay are coated so they wont make you sick, good luck!
