I have so many bad things happening to me
like I am a very active person and ever
since my brother has gone to prison (2
years ago) I have no longer been myself I
really don't want to go no where and it
has been for over 2 years. I get angry
for anything I am always in my room just
laying there. I really miss my brother
and on top of that I had a very bad
childhood experience got raped twice by my
cousin and a stranger while I was walking
to the park in my neiborhood around 5:00
p.M. My mom tells me that I am not acting
normal I also cry at times for no reason
at all. I have had thoughts of suicide
but i'm too scared to leave my room and be
faced with more problems please help much

Hi there. You definately seems to be
depressed...
See you have gone through a lot I can
understand that and your brother whom you
love is in prison. I have also been
through a long depression for about 1 year
.
The reason that you
dont want to do anything is coz all these
thoughts are coming in your mind. You
might have heard empty mind is a devil's
workshop.. Try keeping you self busy.
Join some sport or anything of your
interest.. Never sit idle bcoz this will
again prompt you to think about bad
memories. Ok..
And please never think of suicide..This
is a literalally crime and what happens
after you die un natural death ( you dont
wanna knw)
see your brother is in prison is bcoz its
karmic (things he did in his previous
birth) instead on lying down in ur bed and
thinking that what iam I going
through..Pray for your brother...Make it a
routine ...
The key is keep your self busy...
If you want to share anything that will
take burden off you shoulder just pm me..
Ok..
