I already tried getting them to tell me
and they wont I told my doctor before I
even got a ultrasound appointment that I
wantd to know the sex and he sent me to a
religious hospital.

Ive heard of many drs. And hospitals
whom do not disclose the gender due to
error and thus being sued for it! I do
not think calling religious people retards
is very intelligent...Everyone has their
own reasons and beliefs ..

I always felt that it was more interesting
to find out when they were born but I
realize that it is different strokes for
different folkes, my step-.Grandmother did
the ring with the string thing where she
moved it up and down by the finger near
your thumb and told all of the grankids
how many we would have and what the sexes
were and they all came out true, it worked
on other people too if the ring circled
one way. It would be a boy and if it
circled another way, it was a boy, I was
glad that my 1st one was a boy as big as
he was but was very glad that both of my
kids were both okay but even if they
weren't I would have kept them if I could
have cared for them but that wasn't the
case but with them grown and on their own
and doing great I still worry! My son
will be shipping out soon for his third
time in iraq which just scares me to death
as it keeps getting worse and he has a
wonderful g/f. My .Daughter has a great
b/f and works wit special children and is
going to school and I still worry about
her they both call every week and e-mail
me and I see them a few times a year, they
just grow up too fast!
That is a nice u/s picture! That is true,
alot of doc's will not tell you the sex of
a child.

All the sonographer has to do is say "well
I *think* it's a boy/girl, but it's not
100%, so it's up to you whether you buy
all blue/pink" if they're not absolutely
certain, like mine did. Some people just
want something for nothing, so will sue
others for idiotic things just to get a
bit of cash.

yep, only in the states! Some practices
have seized giving out the gender due to
this issue. I personally think its
ludicris but caca happens !
