Hey is everyone that is on the diet
spending alot of money on food. Im on
the eat every 2 hour schedule and it seems
like I spend a bunch of money. Also with
me eating every two hours I notice that
once the two hours gets close I start
getting weak and losing energy. Is my
sugar dropping that quick? Or do I need
more carbs to last longer? I only get my
carbs really from fruit, almonds,
broccoli, and salad if there is any. And
it gets hard to eat every two hours
especially at work. So sometimes it
might be 3.

May just be adjustments. You can try to
add more vegetables, probably some with
higher carbs if you want to try it. Are
you eating around 100g per day? I
sometimes get like that, well I used to at
least, about 15 minutes before i'd have to
eat. It's the body adjusting.

Yeah that is about the time its happening.
Everything else has improved
tremendously. As you can see you havent
seen any complaint post from me lately.
I have trouble remembering what symptoms I
had cause they been gone for 2 weeks and I
forgot already. When your feeling well
you just dont worry about symptoms cause
there not there. When you get the
symptoms you start thinking about them,
well at least I do. But right now im at
the point where im getting weak if I dont
eat every two hours. But thanks for the
response. I think theres only a couple
people that talk on here. I know there
are tons of people who are suffering from
hg symtpoms. Just suprised there arent
more people on here. Thats what happens I
guess when you get misdiagnosed. And
think ur getting appropriate treatment.

Yeah, it's sad. I have the same thing
happen to me man, so don't worry about it,
i'll be great for two weeks in a row and
get a little edgy and think it's the end
of the world.

Smaller Portions & Avoid the Sugar Monster Posted: 08-23-07 01:44am
We've gone thru some of the similar
problems in our family. Energy level
peaks and drops, and eating every 2 hours
isn't always realistic to maintain long
term. They hg diet and glycemic programs
that focus on longer digestion food cycles
we found more helpful.
The 2 hour food cycles actually tended to
make our son more irritable than just
about anything - stick with it man.
