Okay, so I went to my appointment today
and I was hoping for good news.
Wellllll, that didn't happen!
He said that i'm still 1 cm. Dilated and
the baby dropped more. Big freakin deal.
I've been hearing that for 5 weeks.
Tell me something I don't know!
He said that he's going to a conference
next wednesday-friday, so I have an
appointment next friday, the 3rd with
another doctor at the clinic "just in
case". I also have an appointment with
my doctor the following monday, nov. 6th.
If I don't have her by then, he'll
induce.
He said that i'm not ready to be induced
now, but she's too big to go more than a
week overdue.
I may need a darn section if she's not due
by then. Blah!
I explained to him that I needed to have
her by halloween, so we can have halloween
birthday parties every year. Lol (he
didn't care.)
as he was leaving, he said, "see you
saturday!" b/c he's on call this weekend.
Very funny!
I'm frustrated that he's been telling me
for a month that she'd come early and he
was wrong. I wish he'd keep his mouth
shut!
On a better note, i've been having
contractions since last night. I never
bothered to time them, but they seem about
every 10-30 minutes apart. It's not that
I didn't drink enough and I tried laying
and moving and they're still consistent.
So, hopefully this is the beginning.
Sorry so long.

Everytime I don't see a post from you for
a while I assume you're off having your
baby. Well, at least we know they'll be
here soon! I wish doctors wouldn't say
stuff like "they'll be here anyday" or "i
wouldn't expect anything to happen soon",
they really don't know. It just adds to
the frustration. I go in on monday and
i'm not expecting anything to happen
before then, then I think we'll be
discussing induction.
Hang in there! It really will be any day
now!

Yeah, one of the nurse practitioners was
telling me "oh, you won't make it to your
next appointment!" and I said "ha, yeah
right, see you .Tuesday!"
guess who was right.

Yeah, hopefully it's before I have to see
that other doctor. I would love to have
her halloween day.
It seems like every day is someone else's
birthday. Everyone's like you're going
to have her on this one's birthday or that
one's birthday or your anniversary (it's
saturday). It's so aggravating.
The thing that gets to me right now is
everyone who's calling especially close
family members to see if I had the baby
yet.
They know we're going to call, why call
and wake me up from a nap to see if I had
her?
I can't even go to walmart without people
that I know looking at me with a suprised
faced saying, "no baby yet!?!?".
