Safe Medicines During Prenancy Posted: 01-28-04 20:07pm
I am 28 weeks pregnant with a cold. The
last time I had a cold I didn't take any
medication because of the pregnancy and I
quicky ended up in the hospital with
pnuemonia. Everywhere I look for info I
get different answers on what is and isn't
safe to take... I don't have time to be
sick but I dont want to harm my child by
taking the wrong medication. Does anyone
know a good relief for runny nose,
sniffles, and itchy eyes that will not
harm my baby?

Hi, I had a cold a while back and did some
research and found that u can take cough
syrups that have no alcohol or nasal
decongestant(its starts with a p...Lol,
very long word)...Robitussin d.M is good
and also look at like cough syrups for
kids, but make sure that they dont have
either of the two things I said!
