I am 34 weeks pregnant and have been having symptoms of what I think may be a problem with my gallbladder. About 4 hours after finishing a meal, I get very nauseated and then a few minutes later the nausea is followed by a bout of diarrhea. After that I am fine. It is often after a high fat meal. I am not experiencing any sharp abdominal pain only the nausea that lasts for a few minutes. Has anyone heard of this during pregnancy and could it be my gallbladder?
