Hi there,,,, I am 34 years old ttc for 2
years and unfortunate!! I am seeing
infertility clinic now, gone thru some
test. Hsg results were good!! By the
way, I only have one ovary since I had a
right ovarian cystectomy 1995. Finished
the clomid challenge. Fsh 10 (3rd day
clomid) fsh 8.7 (10th day clomid) and lh
of 91 (10th day clomid), my md advised me
that clomid is not working on me. I will
undergo laparoscopy this coming november
since the md suspects that I have some
adhesions from previous surgery but still
gives me the 20% chance of becoming
pregnant because of the result of my fsh!!
He advised me that after the laparoscopy,
he will be trying gonadotrophins
injections to boost the production of my
egg cell. It is so depressing because I
thought ivf would be the last thing to
consider but then the md's worst scenario
for me is to have an egg donor.
Is there anyone who can advise me
regarding the result of my fsh??
Please!!! I just couldnt absorb
everything that my md has been trying to
exlain to me. Is there any other drug
that can boost my one last ovary to
produce a viable egg?
I am considering ivf but still hoping to
use my own!!

I'm 34 years old have been trying for 3
years. Had all kinds of test run and i'm
completely normal. I've had 4 iui's and
just recently had ivf and zero!!! Should
I keep trying?? Has anyone ever heard of
the book the infertility cure. I've
decided to follow that diet and see what
happens, I don't know if I should try
another ivf.
