I thought maybe it could be just what you
drink is what comes out. I drink coffee
and I love coffee with my sugar. I did
not think much of it, until a friend
suggested I look into this. When ever I
urinate the smell is so sweet and divine,
you could almost have a cup for your
self...(just and expression) I thought it
was nice to have sweet pee. And now I am
feeling concerned that maybe this could be
the cause to my lower back pains and
tiredness. Frankly I just need to know,
if it is in fact a problem.

I've heard that sweet smelling urine and
tiredness can be a sign of diabetes.
Don't kow about the back pain though.
