Iam 17 years old and do alot of training
now at a gym and have been doing it for
about 9 weeks, I have noidea if this plays
any part, but I weigh 220 and im 5' 10" I
have a cut inside my navel with what looks
like tissue portruding out a but its not a
simple flat cut, I continue to put
peroxide and clean it about 3 times a day.
I have no idea how it happend iam
thinking to much pressure? I worked out
today and it only made it worse a cut, so
iam pretty sure ill sit working out for a
while any comments on what it could be or
what to do?
