Hello all, just joined up. I have a new
son 14 days old who has what appears to be
a cephlahematoma on the top of his head.
I would like to find out what the normal
statistics are on this, as in, how long
they generally last and how often should
this be checked on. I've heard and read
that there is a rare chance that it could
calsify, and if it does, what can be done
about it. I'd sure like for him to not
have a permanent lump on his head. I
really need a genuine second opinion here
so if anyone can enlighten me I would sure
appreciate it.
