Headache For 2 Months...but Normal Mri. Posted: 11-02-06 17:57pm
I am 21/female/generally good health. I
have had a nagging headache for around 2
months. It is mostly right over my
temple. Somtimes it feels pinching and
hot, and other times very intense yet
dull, like the blunt end of a pen being
pressed really hard into the temple. When
it first began I had intense pressure and
a slight cold. The cold symptoms
dissappeared for a while but now they are
back and I have a lot of mucus and a
cough. Sometimes the headache comes on
really quickly and is relieved by pressure
to the back of the head. I had a brain
mri with and without contrast and they
said it was normal. Could and mri miss a
sinus infection or anything like that?
Thanks!
