you cant repair scars all scars are permanent. If you skin is damaged more than superficially scar tissue must result. You can revise scars to try to hide them or make them less noticeable. But surgery will not repair anything to "like new" condition. I wouldnt be willing do do dermaplaneing myself. If I had really bad scars I might but then I wouldnt really go out for like 6 months. You can get punch incisions where they cut out depressed scars suture the good skin around the scar creating less noticable scars. Linear scars can be changed location to match natural facial lines. Keloid scarring where the skin grows outside of its natural boundaries can be treated with steroid creams apparently I think that will only temporarily reduce the appearance of the scar but its still there. I think. Dermaplaining is where they sand off your skin mechanically to to resurface it. Tour face would be read forever and look very bad till like a year later and if you were expsoed to sunlight un the sun your skin would be all blotchy and discolored and even if you looked ok the hyperpigmentation would make you look awful. If its superficial scarring you can treat easily. Use glycolic acid 50% be careful with like 70% acid cause it will burn your face and you will get bad hyperpigmentation mabe even forever. And then like 2 weeks after glycolic acid treatments use ogabi clear skin bleaching cream. Its supposed to be a prescription cream but you can just buy it at prplastic without one apparently. Dont do peels more often than recommended. Also there us something called tca cross that might make some difference if you did it once every 2 months for like a year. How bad the scar is will probably determine if you need plastic surgery or if superficial you can treat it yourself. Out
