I've been sleeping with my feet propped up
on pillows to prevent varicose veins. I'm
also doing yoga and bike riding for some
exercise, and I take fish oil and
sometimes flax seed oil.
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the
night and I can't move my right foot.
When I try to move it, it hurts, and I
actually yell out in pain. After a few
seconds i'm able to move it without pain
again.
I'm thinking it may have something to do
with circulation. I don't know if it will
only happen when my feet are propped up.
If it's happening because my feet
are propped up, why is it always and only
my right foot?
Does anyone have any ideas? I think it's
completely bizarre.
