After 3 years of bad stomach pains and bloating, infertility, passing gas, constipation etc, I am fed up with my bowel. I have had two operations and each time they viewed my reproductive organs instead of my bowel!!! Im now in agony and want some advice!

Infertility probably has nothing in common with your digestive problems (stomach pains, bloating, passing gas, constipation etc.). To investigate the reason(s) for your digestive problems you can request an abdominal ultrasound, blood analyses, gastroscopy, colonoscopy, laparoscopy etc. and can consult an internist to follow up.
