It is recommended to wait a least 12 months between any pregnancy.
There's a few girl here had c-sections and subsequent pregnancies...

really? My doc said 18 months between each to allow your body to completely return to normal.

I had an emergancy c-section in april 2004 and got pregnant in november 2005...I had no problems until I went into labor. I had a classical section because my first baby was so tiny and they said that it was safer to have virtical section. Anyway, they would have allowed me to have a normal delivery if I had a horisontal c-section.
But when I went into labor I started to rupture and so in my case I needed to have another c-section. My doctors didn't want me to even go into labor but I did anyway.
I waited to full 12 months and then some and got pregnant. Talk to your doctor and see what they say. You need to let your body heal.
Why did you have to have an emergency section anyway? Was it classical or a standard one?

I have heard 12 to 18 months but I would suggest that you talk to your ob/gyn as everyone is different and some situations are different.
Good luck!
